Billing cycles, invoices and renewals

Every server has one fixed monthly price. Pay monthly, every 6 months or yearly; longer terms cost less per month.

• The renewal invoice is created before the due date and emailed to you.
• Wallet credit is used first, then the payment method on the invoice.
• A server is suspended when an invoice is 3 days overdue and removed after 7 days, so please pay on time or contact us if you need more time.

All invoices are under Billing & invoices, where you can pay, print or download them.
