Change your Administrator or root password

Windows: sign in, press Ctrl + Alt + End inside the Remote Desktop window and choose Change a password. Or open PowerShell as Administrator and run net user Administrator NEW-PASSWORD.

Linux: sign in over SSH and run passwd.

Use at least 12 characters with upper and lower case letters, a number and a symbol, and store it in a password manager. Lost the password? Open a ticket and we reset it for you.
