My server is still Pending

Pending means the order is placed but the server is not built yet.

• If the invoice is unpaid, pay it under Billing & invoices. The build starts when the payment confirms.
• Card and PayPal payments confirm within seconds; some crypto payments need a few network confirmations.
• Once built, the status changes to Active and the login details arrive by email.

If a paid server is still pending after an hour, open a ticket and we will look at it straight away.
